This is our daughter's second year at Western Heights and she will tell you herself it's her favorite place to be. The facility is clean and the teachers are above and beyond. In a short amount of time she has gained so much independence, communication and critical thinking skills. We are glad we found WH for our childcare and education because as a parent it is so reassuring to see her come home happy every day!

The facility is brand new and very clean, including outdoor play area. Management offered me a vacation discount and single-mother special discount for nine months. Strongly recommended.

We visited the Centre urgently seeking space for our 15-month-old. The facility is brand new with a beautiful outdoor play area and a thoughtfully designed indoor setup. My experience as a placement student was very pathetic with their Supervisor Tania, Mississauga branch. Although I spent only two days there but it was a very bad experience of my life. Totally disappointment. She is very unprofessional, ill mannered n a rude lady. Who doesn't know how to talk n deal with college students.

My child attended WHMA for about 4 months (including a month of summer camp). The teachers never volunteered any information about my child's day beyond the first couple of drop offs. Communication issues persisted and it took much requesting to get a parent-teacher meeting. There were also other things I wasn't exactly thrilled about like the staff's difference of opinion and pushy feeling about learning mandarin (because the owner is Chinese), but the staff's indifference takes the cake.

Our daughter joined Casa class at Western Heights when she was 2 and a half years and it's been a great experience since then. Ms. Marilyn and Ms. Leanne are doing a wonderful job at managing this facility. Teachers here are truly passionate, caring and treat children like their own. We chose WHMA after visiting several Montessori schools in the area and we are glad we made this choice.

My son has studied at millcreek location for 6 months. I would definitely recommend for both toddler program and casa program. Ms. Sheetal, Ms. Hala and Ms Gagandeep are very caring and professional. I can see big improvement from my son, not just academically. As a very introverted boy, he is more confident and more willing to play with other kids.

We are very happy with the love, care, and instruction our daughter received at WHMA. Great communication from the admin team through weekly newsletters, daily communication from teachers via brightwheel app. The structured curriculum has really developed skills beyond what we would expect of our 3 year old, and she loves the variety in instruction each day of the week (music class, French class, Mandarin class).

This review relates specifically to the Old Bronte campus. Staff turnover is unusually high at this location. There were many days when we dropped off our child and did not know the name or qualification of the supply teachers in the room. It's also worth mentioning that this is a Montessori affiliate school and not a Montessori accredited school. I am leaving 3 stars because there were a handful of wonderful, loving and caring teachers who deserve recognition — however, I've been told none of them are currently employed at this campus.

'Casa' means home, and the Southdown location is truly a home for their students.

My wife and I came to check out the place with our toddler. We spent no more than 30 minutes there and now our whole family is sick. Place is super dirty. There is rust on tables and chairs. Didn't let ask staff how do they clean up — the response was 'we use dry mop to clean the floors.' And they sleep on the floor. Definitely will stay away from this place.

Western Heights Montessori has been a warm and safe place for our son to grow for the past two years. My daughter started at this school at 18 months old. Granted the first few months apart are never easy, she adjusted quickly thanks to the loving staff here. Now at 2 years old she speaks clearly, can clean up her toys, counts to ten, and knows all of her fruits and shapes. I would highly recommend this location and the program to any parent thinking of putting their child in daycare for the first time.

Both of my children attended Western Heights Montessori, one from the Toddler class to JK and the other from Toddler to pre-JK. They have a beautiful, spacious, ravine-backed playground area where the kids get lots of fresh air and sunshine. The owner Helen is amazing at keeping parents informed and constantly a presence at the school despite managing multiple locations. Ms. Sana (who taught my son) and Ms. Archana (who taught my daughter) helped my children grow into their best selves. I wish the teachers could come along with him as they graduate!
